Just when you thought Virtual Reality was just hype, AnalogX introduces the biggest innovation to hit VR since, er, well, ok, so it doesn't have anything to do with VR, but it does have something to do with MIDI! VPiano is a quick little program that allows you to use your computer keyboard as a MIDI controller! You can select the channel, velocity, and patch, then just start hitting those keys, and see what happens. VPiano is mainly geared towards people who don't want to go over to the synth just to find the patch they're looking for.
If you press [shift], it will play a note one octave up, if you press [ctrl] it will play a note one octave down. Make sure that you release the key before releasing the [shift] or [ctrl], otherwise the note will remain on.
The function keys F1-F8 will change the octave that all the following notes will play in, F1 being the lowest, F8 being the highest, giving an 8 octave range. F5 is the default position.
If you minimize the application, it goes on the system tray (lower right, by the clock), just left click on the icon to bring up the app again.
